IIIIGH!

Post by Sylvain »

Good thing for Rhonda that Pierce is not, despite the superficial ressemblance, a skunk... I certainly did not see that one coming, which is why it is soooo funny! Priceless expression, too.

Pierce does not appear to have the build of a football player, but his uncanny targetting ability might be useful in that game. Of course, there would be so many distractions on and off the field if he did join the team.

He'd probably be more useful in something like baseball or tennis, where coordination is more of an issue than sheer muscular bulk.

On that note, anyone else absolutely fascinated by the way he has the tail shape of a fox, with the coloration of a panda tail?

Rhonda really is evil, wearing a dress like that when she knows what he's up to. Poor boy's going to be soooo confused... ;)

I'm just now realizing I seriously blew it with this segment of the arc; Rhonda's should be in what is clearly a CHEERLEADER outfit.

Doesn't ruin any jokes, but still failed for signal integrity.

I figured she was a cheerleader, that is a pompom she's holding right? That being said, her outfit is a little plain for a cheerleader.

I knew she was a cheerleader reading the comic... but now that I think about it, I don't know why I knew that. When you mentioned "pompom" I actually had to go back to the comic to see what you were talking about; I honestly didn't see it. *the ringwolf writes "VOID" on his comics' critique paycheck for the week*

This brings up something interesting... Why the really bad reaction from Pierce? I could've passed off Perce checking out Eliza as being caught in a state of bewilderment and opportunity (not the right word but bedeviled for thinking of a more appropriate choice). But now that Rhonda is on the playing field... I'm wondering if Rhonda's intrusion onto that playing field is also Rhonda's intrusion onto Pierce's private playing field.

*cuts 'im a new one*

Now, now, another part of this job is to train me to be more self-critical. If I'm starting to catch things you don't, then that probably means you're helping.

I have a fairly specific explanation to Peirce's reaction here, but I want to see what conclusions others would come to.

(I'm actually pleasantly surprized that I haven't already blabbed this one!)

I assumed his reaction was the equivalent to being caught looking at a dirty magazine, then again he is in a semi-fetal position; perhaps he IS trying to hide something. *Mischiveous grin*

An astute observation, Micro-Fur, and a very plausible one.

On a somewhat different track, we have not seen Pierce shirtless yet. I am wondering what kind of fur pattern he has. An all-white chest and underbelly, like a fox, or something with an horizontal break, like a panda?

I tried to find out about Saundra's pattern from the archives, but even when she lost her top during the EvilCon episode she managed to cover herself well enough that we can't tell where the line is.

Actually, there is a picture out there depicting Saundra's torso rather prominently. It was brought up in a previous thread. It was considered the forum FAQ thread at the time. A fast re-check of the images reveals to me that the areas we have seen on Saundra being black are the only ones that actually are black (limbs, eyes, ears)... that and she has a serious B&D fixation. I hope that answers your question. :P

That's a new one for me! I knew that she had a thing for men with big fluffy tails, but I don't recall her liking B&D. Is that picture you mention part of the archives, or was it posted separately?

All true, but only Jake and Volair know for sure how far up that black fur on her legs goes..

Allan keeps those pics off-site, Sylvain. However, Allan did a pic that maintains some of Saundra's modesty but will satisfy the questions desired right here. I don't know how you'd find the others unless someone is kind (and suicidal) enough to provide the links for you. Well, you could begin a tedious search through the forum archives (trust me, doing a search for Saundra + boobs/breasts/naked doesn't narrow the field much nor does it get what you want).

Interesting. Verrrrry interesting!... :o I suppose it has to do with her polar bear ancestry (the fur thing, not the B&D).

Does that mean Volair and/or Jake delivered Pierce?

*the ringwolf steps over the smoldering Mr. Ecker, unphased by the vapor shrouded barrel pointed at his person* Wait a minute. In those more incriminating pictures, the white fur went down to at least mid-thigh. But that lace and bodice image shows black fur going up past the hose and garters. You've been using body doubles! You've been laying the hurt on people over smoke and jellied herrings. You're EVIL! *the ringwolf hands Mrs. Lee a card* Congratulations, you're now a ranking member of the club.

No, it means that Volair is Saundra's husband and that Jake is her former lover, from many years ago. The only other people likely to have ever seen her naked are her parents and the alternate universe Liz (who was the lesbian lover of her counterpart).

Saundra ponders the card as one might ponder a particularly familiar pair of shoes. "It's amazing the havoc you can wreak with a time machine and a bottle of fur dye, isn't it?"
