Excellent Moments in Webcomics

Post by Alschroeder »

I asked this on Buzz, and got a few answers, but I'd be interested in your responses...
What's the good of reading something if there aren't moments that touch you, move you, or at least outrage you? Submit a moment in somsone else's comic that you thought was excellent....

Me first.

The recent episode in SOMETHING POSITIVE at http://www.somethingpositive.net/sp09172005.shtml ---the climax to the "Golden Age" storyline. Don't neglect that last panel.

When Tammi---not Damien, the aspiring murderer---actually kills someone in Intershadows at http://www.intershadows.com/?date=20050826.

The end of one world and the crossing over to another, in a totally alien universe, in UNICORN JELLY, beginning at http://www.unicornjelly.com/uni421.html....keep on going...and going...and going....

Add your own.---Al

---Think the superhero genre is mined out? Think all the superhero ideas have been done?
Think again.

Next storylines are things that moved me the most:

http://www.graphicsmash.com/series.php? ... pter=10698

I'm trying to recall of more of those but nothing comes to mind.

This was the first thing that came to mind in terms of something that made me want to see the comic update FAST: http://yeahduff.keenspace.com/d/20050225.html

And then the following comic to that was just perfect, and it's still one of my favorites to this day: http://yeahduff.keenspace.com/d/20050228.html

I loved the moment in 1/0 when they made soap bubbles.
