And that means only four weeks until NaNoWriMo! Registry is open, and the forums are now officially worse then they are here.
Seriously, if you want to do it, NOW is the time to do it, when you still have a weeks to do prep work.
Come on! Introduce yourself to 3am writing, chocolate covered expresso beans and Mr. Ian Woon (you gotta be there to get it)

I've been wanting to do this. Doubt I'll actually make it to the end though.

They restarted the forum and signups, so if you registered before October you'll have to reactivate your account.
...I think there's more people there then there are in some small towns.
I haven't gotten a good look at what it's been doing for the first few days because so many people turned out for the october restart that they crashed the servers. And now...post one, see three new posts. Whee. Forums are defenately the second best part of NaNo (the first being all the fun writing of course)

I have been waiting since October 1st.
I registered today.
"As Fast as Fish can Jump" is plotted out. I just need to write it now.

I'll be doing it this year. Hopefully I'll get to the end this time. =p I have no idea what I'm going to write; I have a plan, but I've been going through plans like crazy, so the idea I'm working on at the moment probably won't be what I end up writing about for NaNo.

Hmm... last year, I made it to the three-quarters point before getting fed up, slapping a quick ending onto it, and handing it in as a "magnum opus" assignment for my Writer's Craft course.
Waaay too busy this year, though... If I can't even update my comic, I have no hope of writing a novel.

Does it normally take a while for the confirmation email? I signed up a few hours ago and it still hasn't come.
Not to be impatient, it's just that normally these things happen pretty quick.
