Nothing worse than PG, but this could be fun. I'll start it off.

Although I have brown eyes now, when I was a baby my eyes would change color significantly. My doctor wore a hole in my chart and said he would stop writing down my eye color until they stopped changing. I have photos of me as a baby with sparkling blue eyes, intense green eyes, and hazel eyes.

My father has this trait to a lesser degree today - his eyes vary in color depending on a lot of factors. They never go as intense a color as mine did. Maybe I wore out the trait in two years? :D

How about you?

Hmm. I'm a black girl that listening to country music. My name is an Efik language name--that's a Nigerian language, btw, and sometimes, I mispronounce it, but only b/c I don't have my father's accent.

My name is Inemesit.

Um, I have a thing for white boys...I don't know why. I'm attracted to Gort from Darken, and I look up to Faub for his artistic know-how. Micheal Turner is my artistic messiah.

Hmm, something you people don't know...
Well there is the fact that my thumbs don't match (I'm pretty sure i've posted that before, but it's the oddest thing about me I guess)

Image

Also, I once almost fell of the side of Pikes Peak. (A mountain in Colorado... or New Mexico, I forget witch) I was walking across this area covered with large rocks to get a better view, and one of the rocks was lose and it sent me rolling down the side towards a cliff. I probably would have fallen off if I hadn't ended wedged between to larger rocks.

I spent the rest of the time there safely in the gift shop.

I'm a ballerina.

Sorta. I took dance for several years and finally got on point shoes before we moved...and I never got back into doing dance. So maybe that's ex-ballerina.

And...uh...

Hmm.

I did some form of dance, either tap, ballet, or jazz, from the time I was 4 and a half to the time I was 17. Never got good enough in ballet for pointe shoes, but I never liked ballet all that much anyway (stopped taking it when I was 15 or so).

Hobbies

I hike in the nearby state parks every so often. On one trip, someone mentioned that I should try geocaching. It's a lot of fun, but I could do without the chigger and mosquito bites.

I also have a green thumb. There are 9 tropical plants in my apartment, including a hoya carnosa and a dracaena marginata.
Here we stand, here we fall; history don't care at all. Make the bed, light the light; Lady Mercy won't be home tonight.

I guess I get to pick pretty much anything since I'm still fresh fish in these parts and no one knows much about me. Hum, lessee...

My stepfather was shot and killed when I was 15. I've tried to help and support my two-half sisters ever since. I recently gave away the eldest one (younger than me by nine years) at her wedding.

That's TWO things!

I didn't know your real name was Claire Jeanette.
