Sorry dude. You do not get off that easy. You do not have to drink at a party to have fun. Don't be a stick in the mud. When you have mud, start wrasslin'. Mud wrestling with the ladies can be quite enjoyable.

Stay away from alcohol so you can stay with us.

I am diabetic myself, but not serious enough to forbid alcohol (per the doctor).

Now, now, I did say "Jellicle cats like me". Of course, I would also describe what Mr. Eliot says on any questions posed, should the answers be different.

I only hard the term "Jellicle" from the play, "Cats". I didn't think it was a word used elsewhere. The more you know.

Musical, doll. Not a play. Not even a musical, really... a cantata... or an operetta...

Anyway, the musical CATS was based on the poems we had mentioned.

*shrugs* I know what I know... and when it comes to Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats (poems) and about CATS... well, that's a whole frickin' lot.

Actually, a musical is a form of play, which in this case includes musical numbers and songs. A cantana, from what I've read, are done off of religous texts or hymns, though not always strictly limited to them. I have never thought of it as an operetta (or light opera), but CATS does seem to meet the definition, as it includes the elements of an opera, but is lighter in tone, and does mix spoken lines with songs.

The couple

Post by Caramelbird »

I'm probably way off since I only read the first page, but I think those two are such a sweet couple. They don't mind what anyone says (though that doesnt matter because everyone is nice) and do their own thing. That's just too cool to me. :D

Hehehe...It was easy to figure out that Vic and Dee would try the big boinkberries first. Though I was surprised...I thought Vic would put a lot more troulble on giving that a try. <=) He surely won't regret it. ;)
