Too true, Silver. Have dealt with a number of folks from the shallow end of the gene pool myself. Makes one appreciate the good ones even more, and I try to be especially nice to those who must also deal with the aggressively ignorant on a regular basis.

For those of us who like the little squiggly things, if we waited until we could afford them, the planet would not have any people on it at all. I have four of the greatest girls you could ever meet and am poor as a "church mouse". I am really thankful for each of them. Including my wife, I have five live in friends who want me as much as I want them. Yea, they will leave eventually and start families of their own (one already has), but then, I get grandkids. :D

IT always makes me so sad and angry when people say they don't like children. I have trouble imagining that. Sure, you choose not to have them. I'm gay, it's not happening for me anytime soon either. :)

But to just blanket say you hate kids, in my mind, is to deny and abuse the child inside all of us. Children are wonder. And we need wonder.

I love children. I love humanity. I want a great future. I want to make things better for the next bunch than it was for mine. I know I'll never have, and will probably never raise, any kids.

But still, children..... they're what it's all about. The future.

And if that makes no sense, sorry, it's almost 6 am. :)

I didn't want this to be a debate about kids. I wanted to talk about the idea of doing a crossover story. Lets get back on topic.

Life is stream of consciousness. Things progress from one thing to another.

We can do that, sure! How would we go about establishing the
kinship between Nivlek and Snowicet?

Lets make them into brothers. Lots of good natured ribbing on each other.

If they are not the same species, how about cousins?

Since Jellicle cats like myself are a combination of all the various kinds of cats, does that mean I'm related to both of them? =O.o=

I like the cousins idea... cousins that are distant most of the time, but spent a bunch of times together when younger. Like cousins that spend summers together as kids. That kinda thing. :)

Does this mean Nivlek can be in a future comic story? I'd like to see how you would draw him.

Oh, of course Nivvy can enter the story! Specifically speaking, he
could do that without being related to Snowicet, but we can go with
that aspect as a kind of lead-in to Nivlek's appearance.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about Jellicle Cats to answer that,
Patchy - though I would imagine a combination of all the members
of the feline family wouldn't just be Jellicles. There's already a great
deal of kinship within the species. ^-^

Well, Jellicles are more than mixed breeds. They are the embodiment of all the various kinds of felines, both wild and domesticated.

And I like to think that I'm not related to any feline out there. A unique anomoly in the void of time, space, dimentional universes and mystery...

Made... to look like what I do now. X)

Imagine Nivlek in Yiffburg with his diaper on and everyone else naked. Almond and/or Cashew should come along too so he'll have someone to yiff with while he's there.

Oh, Nivlek is such a cutie that he'd have no problem finding furs to yiff with of whatever persuasion in Yiffberg. :)

Now what would be really scary is your charming Phoenix "friend" there Nivlek. Let her loose in Yiffburg. It would either cure her or wreck the joint. :)
