well, at least hortense seems less "I'm mad at the world" and more happy today, wonder how long that's gonna last.

Now, now, Sol, you don't know that. Just because someone was born in France doesn't make them irredeemable. She moved to America, after all. Lots of Americans are accidentally born in other countries, but find their way home to be some of our best citizens.

Now if we could just figure out a way to get rid of the non-Americans born here accidentally.....

exactly! look at how much Gilly doesn't fit in! now look at how little we've heard about this new person, tells me that this one seems to fit into the environment well if they're not causing any great disturbance.

My guess is she is laying on the French schtick just to jack up the prices of her wigs. She probably isn't even purebred;)

I think the folks there are smart enough to know that where you were born or raised isn't important as long as you are a good hearted, decent person.

BTW Tulip. Accents are VERY hard things to change.

I'm still trying to figure this thread out. What the heck did the Poodle wig-dealer say or do to warrant a reshaped schnozola? It looks like she and Hortense are good friends.

(And if you want to boycott somebody, make it China.)
