"Either drug-induced madness or ungodly brilliance!&

Post by [AOD] »

WOW!!! From the twisted minds of [AOD] and Rao!, comes a new comics creation that is bound to astound and delight you with its utter nonsensicality, random shifts in plot, and meaninglessly abstract art! More 'sequential art' than comic, let me present you with...

Image

Satisfied customers have said:

"I can barely read it , let alone understand any of it."

"This is either drug induced madness, or ungodly brinlience. But it can't be inbetween. :o "

"whoa. I've never seen anything like this. *bookmarks* weebl!"

"Wow, that's pretty creative there. Made me think of http://www.superbad.com. Not exactly the same, but maybe you can draw some inspiration. I definitely enjoyed all the different media used, and the scene near the beginning with all the shooting, I stared at that drawing for a while.

Hmmmm...."

"Really weird...it is so weird that my hands are forced to keep clicking next to see what you will do next. Which is always a good thing."

"It reminded me a lot of Jhonen's "Hit something, say something funny, dark morbid mindset" tone. It's probably all in my head, but that's okay, I think."

"I was a bit lost between the completely random story and completely random art changes."
WOW!

With reviews like that, how can you possibly go wrong?! DON'T WAIT! CHECK IT OUT TODAY!

You may win a jelly bean! Or a horse, made entirely out of salami!

WOW!!!!

Your signature says it all...

o.0 Totally whacked-out, random, incoherent, and awesome.

However, like the outworlder needs his weebil, I need my sanity, so I shall stay away from this on days when it is desirable to NOT act and think like one is on drugs...
"If you hear a voice inside you saying "you are not an artist," then by all means make art... and that voice shall be silenced"

Hahaha! Thank you for your nice comments. I wonder why it seems to outsiders that our comic is so hard to follow and strange, though! It is a mighty predicament indeed.

I'll review your comic in the way it is written.

I liked it, not sure exactly what went on, but I liked the shock and awe.
At first was a bit worried you'd overdo the weebl thing, but you threw other... things? into the mix too, so no worries.

Heh - yeah! There you go!

Reading this comic takes a sort of... I don't know... a kind of ability to just suspend everything and let yourself go along with the flow. Like being swept away by a river. A really salty one, like the Dead Sea, so you don't need to work to stay afloat. After a while, you might just understand what is going on. Really!

the actual content of the comic is ok

crazy, but in a weebly kinda way

I have but one thing bad about it: Stick to ONE art style - its not easy on the eyes to cycle through all those filters and levels of contrast and sharpness

But... how? It's not particularly easy to stick to a single style when you have two artists, each with their distinct drawing styles...

You didn't notice that there were two artists? I said "From the minds of Rao! and [AOD]"...

Crazy crazy.

I commend you.
Now you must excuse me, for I must go soak my brain in icewater before it melts completely.
