Gene, have you ever seen Boston, MA?
We got a few odd looking buildings in the Buisness district.
One called the pregnant building, cause it goes thin-fat-thin, and another building that looks like it belongs in 1930-40s Germany. and we got some cool art deco phone booths around one building (the phone company building) and lots of other neat architecture too.

(Random comment alert) I keep meaning to get down to Binghamton sometime, for quite a number of reasons, now that you mention it. Of course, at the moment it looks like Ithaca is going to be Ithaca the Snowcity, but that happens from time to time, and one adjusts (in my case, with severe grumbles; I despise precipitation, all sorts. My decision to live here was based on factors having nothing to do with the weather...)
