If your nameservers are ns3.keenspace.com and ns4.keenspace.com, that should be fine. That's what mine are, and I'm not having problems.

Have you changed anything in the 'edit URL' section of siteadmin lately? Is the chosen URL your domain, or the comicgenesis address (dunno how that would make the domain throw 404s, but you never know)?

Edit: Also check with whoever you registered the domain with and make sure it's not a problem on their end.

And this may seem silly, but you did contact an admin when you first got the domain, right? There's some stuff they have to do to get it working. (no offense, just covering all the bases ^^; )

I got everything settled with the domain when I originally got it, which was over a year ago. I checked with Misk, the site I bought it from and it was working. However, when the whole switch over to Comicgen happened I did choose emergencyexit.comicgen.com cause some posts I searched threw made it seem that was the thing to do and it wouldn't affect anything. All the time after that though it has work just fine still. Was that a mistake though that just now is taking affect? Cause afterwards eecomics.net wasn't an option anymore but it still worked. Right now I can't access the siteadmin to check again but I'm fairly sure it is still that way. This is so going to turn out to be my fault.

if you have a domain, you should be selecting the domain, not comicgenesis.com. The script that I ran that rebuilt all the symlinks looks only what you selected in the URL
