Esper.net's services are down because the domain expired on it. If anyone can get in contact with them though other means, please do so.

Just replace the irc.esper.net with one of the IP addresses.

It seems that irc.nightstar.net#comicgen doesn't exist, though.

They were getting attacks from brazilian IPS and decided to blanket kill any ips from my country, or so I heard.

Must have something to do with our loose control over digital criminality.
