You go by very interesting definition of classic rock. By having psychedelic rock like Pink Floyd, you make me assume that you think of "classic rock album" as "old album" and not as "rasic bock". but then again, why is there Clash's punk or Guns'N'Roses from 90something?
I am very confused by what should be considered by classic rock.
Ok, if we assume that it's anything but latest albums, then there would be Beatle's "Rubber Soul" (even though they're more often tagged as pop), Kinks' "Arthur", Bowie's "Hunky Dory"... Perhaps Talkin' Heads "Remain in light"... Queen's "Innuendo"... that's all I can think of now.

<edit> Whoops!
But why, oh why is the Eagles up there?
Anyway, I'm just gonna say my favourite album of classic rock is Who's Next (The Who), if only for it's Hilarious Album Cover

"Classic Rock" needs to be euthanized.

I'm changing my answer to The Who Sell out. Not only is it's Cover funnier, it's just about the funniest album I've ever listened to.
