Or maybe our friendly neighborhood murderer was feeling a little sadistic. Or masochistic. Either way works. It looks like it'd take more work to kill someone with a sharpened brick than any kind of real weapon. =p

You've got some fucked up enemies, Mr. Bob... :o
Nonsense! Sharpened bricks are indicative of the rare but deadly group of Keenspace Ninjas.

This ragtag bunch of elite Keen-Killers have been rejected by all other ninja societies for publicly professing to have ". . . No particular thing against pirates."

You can sharpen a brick. :o

I tried it at work - you just need a crumbly sort of brick, and a good sharpening wheel.

Of course, the production manager was curious why I was sharpening a brick on his equipment.

I mumbled something. Fortunately, the sound of a brick being sharpened is very loud and distracting.

1 gallbladder - $25,000 and change.

After insurance it's still $1350 or so.

And get this - the cost of the anesthesiologist plus drugs/equipment exceeded the cost of the surgery itself. Something's not right there.

Got charged extra for a private room but they only have private rooms.

Talking to my insurance company today to see what can be recovered...

For a measely $1350? Bah. If I'm gonna flee the country, I'm going to go on a three week murder and robbing spree first.

I'd rant a bit about Rkolter's situation, but then we'd get all political and that never goes well.

I don't see how that would work. I just don't see the medical benefits of a danish being that praised in the medical community. I mean, they taste good and such, but they're fattening, and always leave me craving 'real food'.
