Look. If you'd named the buttons correctly, and put them into the correct folder, each of the above links would lead to an image. None of them do. So either you spelled them wrong, capatilized something you shouldn't have or you uploaded them in the wrong place. Check for all three problems very, very carefully.

I HAVE spelled them correctly. I HAVE put them in the right folder. They just don't exist! Is there something wrong with Keenspace?Pillywiggin wrote:http://felin.keenspace.com/images/first_day.gif

Well as far as I can tell they aren't in that folder...
check this out:

Even if you attempt to hotlink, the should trigger the anti-hotlinking and produce a 1x1 anti-hotlinking image.
Yours however, produces a 404 error, which means the file (the image) not there.

I don't think it's a problem with keenspace, as you're the only one with this problem.
edit: OH for the love of god...

Capitalised the extension. No wonder they didn't show up.
Change it to lowercase and it should work.
Next time do read through the suggestions more carefully. We'd like to help you, but misleading answers only throw us off the right track to solving your problem, you know?

Yet...Dudegirl wrote:Nope. No capitols whatsoever.

They WERE NOT capitalised. I didn't capitalise them. They are just screwed.Phalanx wrote:Well as far as I can tell they aren't in that folder...

Umm... no it doesn't.Rianeva wrote:If you're using Windows XP, file extensions are automatically capitalized.
Though some programs (such as imageready) will by default.

On the contrary my dear. I think we've established quite clearly that they WERE capatilised.Dudegirl wrote:They WERE NOT capitalised. I didn't capitalise them. They are just screwed.
You didn't capitalise them consciously, perhaps. And that's a common problem many people have becaseu their applications automatically do it gor them, no great shame. However, we did ask you to check if they were capitalised and you said "No Capitals". As a result, lots of people wasted lots of time trying to figure out a problem that was inherently simple.
Honestly, making mistakes is fine, everyone makes mistakes and that's what this forum is for, to help them. Nevertheless, rudeness and this kind of "I DIDN'T DO IT IT"S NOT MY FAULT" behaviour is not. Kindly keep that in mind for the future.
Anyways, like I said, rename the extenstion in lowercase. If you're using an application make sure you have "Hide Extension" unchecked.
