cue the fight music

Time elaps, 3 seconds. It looks like she already broke half the bones in his body. Yes Ralph, I often wonder what the IQ of the people who sign up for that stuff is. Now we all know!

I think the scariest part is the fact that there are people out there who honestly don't know the number for 911 :o

I remember learning in my engineering courses that if you idiot-proof something so that there is only one-in-a-million chance for someone to screw it up there are about 300 idiots in the US alone to do the job! =^^=

I can't dial 9-11 out here.

The numbers on my phone pad only go from 0-9.
There aint no 11 button!

Well, I doubt we will find the body.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

The trio doesn't seem to recognize the photographer - and I think the big one is the same one who was dressed as a Valkyrie for the wrestling match. They might be in the studio for other reasons besides nude shots.

I think you're right about the mode IQ of the girls who do those shoots; most of them are thick. There are exceptions - a few of them are brilliant, if amoral, and have decided to spend a year or three showing off for the camera to earn money for college or starting a business. Apparently it can pay well if you don't waste the money doing drugs and such.

Doesn't Thelma look like she has been drinking Tau Ceti rootbeer?

That reminds me of when we were in Germany for a while. One of the guys wanted to take a photo of the ladies on the red light district. It was amazing how fast everyone cleared out as soon as a camera came into view. Apparently a lot of the "rental women" were young college age girls working their way through school. They never wanted mom or dad to find out just how they were paying the bills. Apparently the clientele was none too proud of being associated with their "purchases" despite the face that the "business" was legit.

Thelma is absolutely amazing through all this. She could have bailed when the bill came due and stuck Tuck with it for making her sign up. She could have caved to the porno shoot to pay the bill without anyone else knowing. After all she's gone through to pay off what was really Tuck's screwup, that boy better get down on his knees, both to beg forgiveness and maybe propose.

Tuck really did have good intentions, but he didn't give things a whole lot of forethought.

I must say, though, that I can't help but smile at the image of Tuck still on his knees, just having apologized (and recevied forgiveness). A pause follows. Then Tuck speaks up again: "Thelma, while I'm down here, I've got a question for you..."

Ain't that the truth. It is really interesting that she got in this situation.

This comic makes it all the more interesting. I wonder what Ralph has planned (besides lots of pain for Marty).

I agree, tho how was anyone to really know that a simple beauty contest would lead to this? Tuck only wanted Thelma to respect herself for her inner self and not for face value, I think that was a intention of someone that really cares. Just unfortunatly the company he signed her to was crooked and perverted. The only one that should be begging forgiveness is that photographer... thats if Themla lets him live i mean  xD!

What Tuck meant, and what happened are two different things. He MADE Thelma sign up.

But no matter what, he needs to remember the cardinal rule for husbands and boyfriends regarding their women:
"When you are wrong, apologize.
When you are right, apologize.
All other times, apologize."

Actually, the only thing I hold Tuck sorta responsible for is the fact that a forced signing-of-papers-while-hanging-over-a-shoulder-on-threat-of-breaking-up would not be an ideal situation for reading and understanding the implications of such things as "expenses waived until the first round of photo trials."
Of course, that's not to say that the import of this would have registered under calmer circumstances anyway (seems that they intend to trick people), but the chances would have been at least slightly better. Creating a situation in signing Thelma up that wasn't conducive to actually understanding her commitments is the part I say doesn't show a whole lot of forethought.

I think tuck is only partly to blame, i mean thelma read enough to think they were going to waive all the expences despite being forced to sign.

I wonder if she had to leave after she found out she was in the top twenty.

then finally there are the guys who trapped her into that perdicament in the first place!

why thelma never did the number on them that she did on that camraman I may never know.
I still say the doctor did it....

Good points all, but she didn't know it was gonna be a porno shoot until she met Marty.......that's why there warn't no butt-whuppin' goin' on beforehand.

Still she can backtrack and lay the hurt on all those involved.

which means that if she dealt punishment out in reverse chronological order, she should fun out of steam before she gets back to tuck right?

i'd hate to see him get beat up by his own girlfriend, all because he wanted to build up her self esteem!
