HELP ME SOMEBODY

i posted a comic yesterday and said for it to update my site but it didnt put the comic up
this is my first comic and i dont knowwhat the problem is it should have posted it today but it didnt can someone help me please
i really want it up today ( yesterday would have been better but its a bit late now)

PLEEEEEEEEEASE HELP ME
i am going insane ( i have no knowlege of webpage design or maintinence and quite frankly i suck at most other computer stuff) i i don get this up soon some people near and dear to me will need to shoot me with tranquilizers
come on guys im counting on you to keep me as sane as i can be ( not very)

It's a little easier for people to help if you give us a little more information.First off, where is your site? A helpful hint is that you can put your site address in your profile and your signature (like mine).What is the file name of your comic?
It should have the date in it, like bas20010516.gif, with no other numbers.Which folder did you put it in?
It should be in "comics" in your "workspace" folder.Do you have ***todays_comics*** somewhere on your indextemplate.html?------------------

my comic is in comics and its name is a date ( i dont have a .gif or such, is that important if it is i cant change it cuase im useing ie not a ftp dedicated program and the version i have doesnt let me move or rename or anything, i gotta download a good one) and yes its in the indextemplate

What type of image are you using? If you computer doesn't say, you can find out by opening any window and clicking View > Folder options > View and deselecting the box "Hide file extentions of known file types."As for a good FTP program, I recommend <a href="http://www.smartftp.com">Smart FTP</a>

thanx eveyone its up now
i did a bit of twiddleing ( at my freinds place) ad hanged it from a 520k ( ouch ) tif to a 12k gif and added .gif to the end and now its up
oh yeah and noone died either
