Siteadmin's acting up.

My site's http://wgmd.keenspace.com, and I went in to update today, uploaded my page without any trouble, but when I got into Siteadmin, it just showed the little box containing the username-info and logout button.
The second box, the one with the "manually update" link I was wanting, simply wasn't there.

Would this happen to be related to <a href="viewtopic.php?t=64065">this</a>? I know it was just peachy on Monday.

I use IE, due to circumstances beyond my control. This hasn't effected it before.
