'Kayyyy...
That answers one question...
And raises so very many others.
For instance, is the Posses favorite desert... Dream whip?

You can fool some of the people all of the time
And all of the people some of the time
But you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

Ooooooooo.....I just thought of something that could be "fun". As Slick would say..."Oh yeah, this has potential."
Picture Slick or even Zoot snaggin' a "morsel" from either Ben's or Lily's thoughts and it's something like a burrito packed with Jalapeno and Cayenne peppers and slathered with wasabe masquerating as guacamole!
Yeah....I know....I'm a real nasty sumbich....ya don' gotta tell me!!!

Diet
And if the posse starts to get chubby, Ben can just hyper-ventilate before imagining their next meal.
If he's light headed, then the food should be low cal, right?

This also helps explain where Gunther gets his heavy weapons.
On the other hand (Ralph probably doesn't want to go here) could Ben and posse use this ability to 'apparate' things like clothes, gasoline, etc.? Yes, they'd probably be short lived but if the gasoline, for example disapeared after use, this could be a plus!
Also, next time Ben is on a diet, maybe he could scarf down the posse's food. All the pleasure of a triple chocolate fudge cake, but no calories!

My guess would be that anything the posse takes from other's thoughts can only be used by themselves or other tulpa.
Does taking something from another's thoughts cause the person to lose the thought? If so, all Ben would have to do to lose weight would be for the posse to take turns stealing food from his thoughts. If not, and if dieting causes him to think about food more, it could result in a fat posse. That is, unless the posse are already in the habit of looking for food only when they're hungry.

If only I could feed my 6' 5" teenage son the same way!
Totally off subject - but for those who really want to lose weight, I've lost 75 pounds over the last 9 months using a combination of Atkins and South Beach (both low carb diets). I get to eat a lot, and by careful shopping and cooking it can be very tasty. It just isn't what I used to be eating.

With food like that I wouldn't want to get near them. They would either be floating on the ceiling or doing Braveheart imitations.Sharuuk wrote:Ooooooooo.....I just thought of something that could be "fun". As Slick would say..."Oh yeah, this has potential."

Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

The tulpas are creatures that sorta "evolved" out of certain people's brain patterns. Seems pretty natural to me that they'd eat thoughts of food. I don't think they feed on the actual brainwaves themselves so much as the thought the person has. They can see it, and they snatch it out of the air, then eat it. And the person thinking it is left with a suddenly blank mind.
Far as I can tell, that's as simple as it gets.

I'm lost. I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait. Thanks.

Overthinking
I was going to post a clever, witty comment, but I just lost my train of thought.
Oh, wait, there it is. Velvet borrowed it.

Velvet is an expression of Ben's inner child. Since Ben is a bear, eating meat is no biggie for Velvet.RDB wrote:Like, is that a soyburger, or is Velvet carnivorous like Coney from Kevin & Kell?squirrelly61104 wrote:'Kayyyy...![]()
