Bug-eyed thing
This would be especially disturbing for Lily since, in the heat of the moment, she might have VERY good reason to think that it was a new aspect of Ben's personally being expressed (he did develop Pif in the middle of their relationship). Given the nature of the manifestation their would be only two explainations:
1.) Ben had been watching WAAAAYYY too much TV lately....
2.) Ben had just seriously gone off the deep end (on drugs???)
I also have to assume that the part-dragon police officer was keeping the homoculus until recently or they had constructed a temporary storage box for it. I don't see any other way that Ben could have kept it at his appartment especially after Lily moved in.

I love the *slight* sarcasm in Lily's reply: "Ooooo, first clue??"
And Walksfar seems like a REALLY cool character. Can't wait to see what he looks like en toto. He also doesn't seem to be very large either judging by the size relationship of him and the phone.
*Now watch RH have made that a REALLY BIG PHONE just to mess with us!*

Please, He is way more coherant than Kennedy.Squeaky Bunny wrote:I think Ben had him working as Ted Kennedy's speechwriter.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.
Well... It could be the embodyment of SOME spam... but, OBVIOUSLY, it can't be the embodiment of the ALL spam, or even a representive sample of spam (an 'undifferentiated spamling' if you will...)! How do I know? Because the thing is MUCH MUCH too 'G' rated!Zorro wrote: THAT IS WHERE SPAM COMES FROM!

Dog house time
I see one of two possibilities.
Either, A) Ben caught it and was deliberately trying to keep it a secret. After the 'apologies cheerfully accepted' crack, he had better hope Lovecraft manner has a dog house. He'll be in it.
Alternatively, B) The posse caught it, and tried to keep it a secret. In this case, have Velvet present their case.
"It followed me home. Can I pwease keep it?"

You can fool some of the people all of the time
And all of the people some of the time
But you can't fool all of the people all of the time.
