Can't log in to stats

Heh... I'm addicted to checking my stats, but I don't seem to be able to successfully log in to the webalizer tonight. I'm using the same link in my link bar as I always do, same browser, everything, but tonight it just keeps bringing the log-in window back until I hit cancel. I double-checked I was doing the password right by logging into siteadmin, and was able to get into there, but stats are still a bust. Anyone know why this might be happening?
