Well, despite what you think, seems like people in sixties thought otherwise, as Meyer got bloody rich thanks to his films. Because then, ultimate answer would be: "Were all those people going to see his films for 'clever plots'?"

It's tittilating, to be sure...every healthy heterosexual male enjoys looking at breasts. I'll always look at a nude breast if it's there to be looked at...but it doesn't necessarily mean I'm masturbating while doing it.
