Ya I think that real flesh is a silicone dirivetive. Ill have to check it out. As for music selection just do what they do with the DDR machines. differant tempos etc. that way you cover everyone from low and slow grind on the pleasure highway to Jackhammer to infinity and beyond. Also working out average diameter mesurements for the tentacles for comfort reasons. Also having the differant tentacles labeled somehow will probobly also have to happen for the less RRR savey. Also thinking maybe have a 2 min delay inbetween games to you can put the tentacles back to get them clean for the next player. also the delay wont start til sensors tell the game that all the tantacles have been returned to thier proper holders. Oh and also an illistration above the game for newcomers how to properly wrap the tentacles around yourself for the most enjoyment. Also show how to properly insert each tentacle into each orafice and in the case of males onto his extrusion as well. Finally the notice stating the management will not be held responsible for improper violations of innocence by tentacled lust and Lube is available at the front counter.

It looked pretty painful... I would suggest not watching it... I think I clicked on it from gamejumpers.com , but I can't remember. I'm only saying that one because the writers put up a lot of random links and I saw some pretty weird stuff from it.Toawa wrote: (Can't say I've seen this movie though...)

I'm hopin to have a rough mockup made sometime soon to just get a rough estimate on total time and labor that is going to be involved with this. Probobly won't be able to do anything with it after it's built but at least i'll be able to proudly say that I own one

Ok. This is some serious thinking. But as for the earlier comment about internal mechanisms - it all depends on function. If you 'connect' the tentacles yourself then all you need is a small microswitch built into the head of the penile device that gets triggered when something enters the opening. There only need be one tentacle with a penile opening as well. The remainder or the technology simply needs something that can cause vibration. At the heart of the device can be a small mechanism like a vacume-cleaner. ie: it sucks. When the switch is triggered it stops with the sucking and either generates heat, or spasmodically squirts small amounts of 'warm' water into the vagina in response to the music.Usagi-kun wrote:Ya I think that real flesh is a silicone dirivetive. The majority of the technology should be at the heart of the device.

possibly some manner of very small gyro-ish mechanism within the tentacles themselves, since figure it'd be the motion of the tentacles that'd be what's being aimed at, rather than having the tentacles and stepping on dance pads?
also, perhaps two screens? one normal, and a duplicate up somewhat higher for those with a tendency to tilt their head back when their mouth is, well.. full?

oh yeah all the sensors and whatnot would be within the tentacles. the action corosponding with which muscle you contract or relax, or in the case of a guy some sort of thrusting motion. as for Kite-sans sugestion could have the moniter slightly higher and tilted. Also have the game set up with a pressure calibration setting so you can show it what it needs to messure for the on/off toggle. This elemenates any need for you to tray and do any footwork as by the later stages most likely you will be barely able to stand let alone try to trigger a senser with your feet (this of course is dependent on how much stamina you have) Along the tentacle you could have minor pulse units to give the sensation that the tentacle is squirming and at the end at the part that penetrates have a vibration unit that is attuned to the beat of the music you have selected. Also thinking of some sort of standing support just incase you do hit the big O and your legs turn to mush that it will hold you upright so you dont damage any of the tentacles accidently when you collapse

i would think the length of the tentacles would be how you'd avoid collapse-damage....

Just thinking in extremes which is to say better safe than sorry. Now I wonder should a video camera also be set up (in plian sight of course so you can't be accused of anything) to tape your performance so you may review it later. a copy on CD could be bought at the counter along with extra lube if you wernt happy with your first score 8)

Scoring is in the game itself. Plus the amount of time spent on the machine.

You know, I have been curious as to how you were planning on making the actual tentacle animatronics. I've been toying with the idea of making a nice multi-axis controlled tail for a costume/project I am working on.
Were you planning on having everything cable controlled from the base or were you thinking more of servos at least mid-tentacle to get a wider range of motion?
Any base drawings you would be willing to share?

i thought we were thinking user responsible for motion, and the tentacles just vibrate, pulsate, and/or spurt/suck?

Ya it would be user response with pulse units allong it to simulate the senation of movement. Trying to do full animatronic is not feasable for this type of thing for the reasons already pointed out plus the cost would send it into sheer unworkability. Maybe once they get microfiber technology down pat though.

Yeah, we need advances like myomer. Linear servos aren't strong or fast enough, Ni-Ti isn't strong enough and gets very hot...

well, we've got myomer
http://www.unm.edu/~amri/
Its just not strong enough yet.
And I still think this can be done with servos and linear actuators though.
