Helen Narbon one year, a pirate the next...what should I do this year? I really had no clue 'til I was wandering around the Walmart Halloween section. Picked up a pointy hat and ragged robes. So I've decided to be a Black Waltz. Get a feather boa, some wings, maybe some bike reflectors for eyes, and bam. Budget black waltz. Very little money, very little recognition.
