I loved the TinTin animated series! I tried to get books but I only could find french ones. :(
And I was never fluent enough in french to fully understand what was going on.

Then what are you so happy about? Spelberg is the greatest destroyer of everything he touches. Just look what he did to Bugs Bunny and crew! The only good thing he's ever made was that old movie "Duel", but soon after that he realised that he'll be making big money only if he starts to produce crap.

It's easy to find matching characters. When drawing, we don't go so deep into facial characteristics, styles do that for us. So if you discount styles, all that's left is haircut and some general facial characteristics. I think I could number a dozen of Rebeca's lookalikes, for instance.

Btw, Rikk couldn't possibly have anything to do with Toxic's character. Fans are way older than Zombia High, and Toxic never heard of Fans before.

Call it ignorant hope. ^_^

Because I know it'll probably turn out terribly, but I can't help but hope that it won't.

Apparently my dad was watching "Duel" while I was being born instead of helping my mom in the delivery room. I guess she finally complained enough that he came in, and he never got to see the end of the movie... he still doesn't know what happened.

I swear, I never read any of the big corporate comics! It would totally contradict my plans to bring down capitalism!

Apparently, I was watching the movie "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington" while I was being born instead of exiting the uterus in the delivery room. I guess it finally pushed enough that I went out, and I didn't get to see the end of the movie until my freshman year of college.

Speaking of eerie birth coincidences...

Last week one of my morning classes got cancelled so I went to the library to check out the newspaper archives on microfilm. I was looking at the July 18, 1986 San Francisco Chronicle (the day I was born) and what do I find?

Of course I've seen "The Toxic Avenger". The eerie thing is that movie opened the same day I was born. Coincidence?
