Forum Bonus Art

Post by Allan_ecker »

Just thought I'd thank you who've stuck around so long by dropping a sketch or two your way:

Naturally, a larger (300 dpi) version will be part of the UHCD. (Hey, I gotta use up all that space doing SOMETHING...)

Apparently, KS has culled my /public_html directory. I'll be posting "bonus" art to the VCL site periodically, with notices going up right here. This way, people who read my constant posts will have something to look at while TMR reiterates my posts on-site.

I find no changed to the site, but the 2 links in this thread are turning up 404s, you might want to put them on your VCL account too.

VCL's tweaking on me. Will get uploads as soon as VCL stops freakin' out.

EDIT: Here they are.

http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Al ... /bonus.gif
http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Al ... /tease.gif
http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Al ... se/bot.gif
http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Al ... eolove.gif

Unless otherwise inspired, this concludes the pre-finale bonus art. More bonus art to be posted between finale and Unit Zero: Chapter 2.

Three pics at once?! Overload!
No I'm serious, my computer can't handle all this.
Is leonard a female television? I see buttons, but I can't see a knob anywhere.
/terrible puns
Maybe Rick can set him/her up with a more "functioning" body if he/she ever gets around that phobia of intercourse.

Where did this obsession with Leonard come from?

(Sorry to double post)
Aha! I think found why we can't access the images from your plublic html directory.
Keenspace doesn't like you to hotlink.
The definition of hotlink being used? Putting a link up to something on your keenspace account that opens in a page where you can not see the advert.
The links before were linking to the images that weren't on a page, so there was no advert, so the links weren't allowed.
I doubt that you were singled out. It's probably a case of Kisai has decided to stop hotlinking all together because it's taking up so much bandwidth.
If you don't want to upload the images to vcl, then just stick them on a webpage and link to them that way.

Brewtch!

If I'd thought about it, I would've realized that I was totally weezin' the juice!

Okay, from now on, all the bonus forum art's goin' to the VCL.

(And, no matter how much better Deviant Art might be than ye olde VCL, I probably won't migrate for the simple reason that I'm too lazy to remember another freakin' password. Sorry.)

Hey, I had to give it a shot. Otherwise my honor as a Devart junkie would have been compromised. ^^

And DeviantArt may or may not be better than VCL. I wouldn't know. </bitterness> What does VCL stand for, anyway?
