First RPG Post!!! Rei's assignment...

Rei nodded slightly when Damned answered all her questions she then turned, and sank down to her knees beside the dead male. She crouched over him so that Blake wouldnt see her drinking/ her fangs enter his throat.

She sunk her fangs into his neck and began to drink feeling the warmth flood her body as if shed slipped into a warm bath. Once he was empty she dropped him and turned around, worried that she might have disgusted the young Cheriel.

The outside light was slightly shining through the small cracks in the door. Judging by the sunshine she guessed it was getting to be mid to late afternoon (OOC: I decided to speed time up a bit so we can get to nighttime! ). "Hmmmm, I've gotta take this body somewhere, otherwise it'll decompose and start to smell and get all gross," She easily, lifted him and swung him over her shoulder much like Van had done earlier.

Opening the door she blinked sharply in the sunlight, feeling the sun warm her skin instantly she shivered. Sunlight wasnt her favourite type of weather. However, she thought, judging by those heavy clouds that were still around, it looks like it'll still rain some more tonight.

Taking the body outside she ran quickly, and dumped it in a ditch, far away from the cathedral to not arrowse suspicion. She hurried back to find Blake still sitting on the floor. Rei looked at her and couldnt help but have a pleasant feeling.

Rei suddenly noticed something had changed. She swung her head around quickly looking into the air suspiciously. Her eyes narrowed sharply and she swore under her breath. The Cheriel looked up at her pleasantly. "There's a vampire hunter in this church. I can sense him- hes in a room thats above us but over there a bit" she gestured. "He must have came when I was out. " She frowned. "Quick I've gotta to wake up Van" She was used to dealing with hunters. She walked over to his bed and said in his ear, "Van, Van.."

Van awoke calmly and immediatly hushed Rei
"Hey don't worr..," Van stopped suddenly and smelt the air "Solitaire," he whispered "Rei this guys really got it in for me he's not like an ordinary stake wielding vampire hunter this guys prepared belive me. I want you to stay here and you Blake this is between me and him," with that Van grabbed his diamoned edged daggers and headed to the door
"Don't worry i'm just gonna spy his room and wait till night to fight him and i don't want you helping," He fired a very sharp look at both of them and walked out of the door.

"Fine by me," The Cheriel shuffled on the floor, "I'm quite comfortable where I am thankyou and have been ordered by Neereelya's resident doctor to 'take it easy and not fight any more demony thingys or anything else that goes bump in the night'." Blake informed Van, or was, until she realised that he'd already left. "Damn, talking to thin air again." She said with a smile and, bracing her hands behind her head, layed down on the cold floor and stared up at the ceiling.

"I thought I'd find you here," Widdershins said, appearing beside Blake with her arms crossed.

"Hmm? Oh, your back." Blake said, to, what she though Rei guessed, thin air.

"I'm guessing that you found the Creeper then?" Widder said, rolling her eyes.

Blake nodded and glanced at Rei, wondering if the girl had picked up on the Cheriel's conversation with herself.

Rei glared at him- after he left. "Well, duh, hes not a normal vampire hunter and what would you know- Ive been around a lot longer than you buddy I think Ive had a bit of experience with vampire hunters before you, you know Im not stupid." She muttered under her breath to herself. "Who does he think he is- ordering me what to do.."

She noticed the Cheriel talking to herself as well and asked "Do you have a spirit or are you just as pissed as I am?"

Rei paced around angrily. "Well, I am not sitting here waiting for him to get killed- I need to get out for a while." Rei started towards the door to the basement- the sun slipping under the horizon. "Listen - if you've sustained an injury to your wings you should probably stay here or go back to your cheriel buddies- like he said no reason in you getting killed, I'll be back soon ok- if your not here I'll find you so we can talk later k?"

Rei, still angry, muttering furiously under her breath, picked up her now fancy looking daggers, and tucked them into the verious hidden places underneath her clothing. She grabbed her felt hat that lay on the floor and pulled it over her head, carefully concealing her cat ears. And with that she strode angrily out the door and into the night, light rain beginning to fall .

Van heard a creak from the basement door and out came Rei there was no-one around so he called to her
"Hey where are you off to. And i herd what you said and even all the experience you got won't even come close to beating this guy beliieve me,"
Van jumped down from the rafters "You err wanna go for a walk its raining and if we're not here he can't chase us,"
"Wheres Blake? We can't leave her here by herself he'll kill her,"....

Rei glared at him angrily, she couldnt believe he was assuming something like that! "And what- like you can handle him yourself... and you forget I'm the daughter of the most powerful vampire in the world- every vampire hunter in the world is out to get me, though most fail miserably because the lack n both skill and technique"

(OOC: I dont know whats happening with Blake right now coz she hasnt replied..) "She cant get killed remember- shes already dead... anyways she knows what shes doing- did you see her slice that Creepers head off before?? Besides if shes in danger she'll shimmer off to her home with the other Cheriels, hes only human after all.." (OOC: isnt he??)

Throwing another angry look over her shoulder at Van, she began walking off, quickly disappearing into the night.

Blake lay on the ground staring up at the rafters above her head, wondering what she could do. She lifted her injured wing and glared at it, hating the fact that the damned scientist that had used her for his guinea pig had injected her with something that slowed her healing waaayyy down, almost to human rate. She sighed and sat up, glancing around as she did so. Suddenly she spotted some moss and plants struggling up through the cracks in the floor. Blake grinned and leant over, touching a little plant with a fingertip.

"Hello there little one," she murmered quietly, and the plant wound around her finger happily.

"You always were one to play with plants wern't you." Widdershins said, sitting on a pile of books nearby.

"Shut up, you." Blake said with a slight scowl, wishing she hadn't spoken to Wid when Rei was there. Probably thought the albino Cheriel was crazy now. She was wondering is anyone had noticed the fact that she had two shadows that looked nothing like each other. One was her own shadow, and the other was taller, with long straight hair. That was all anyone could see of Widdershins, a mere shadow.

"Ya' know? I think i'm gonna go for a walk." Blake said, unwinding the plant from her finger and standing up. Then she wandered outside, into the rain.

OOC: Well, no, it isnt- no one else was doing the time so i changed it around- i said that in another post so im gonna say its basically like 5:30 or something- dusk- coz i want it to be XP

Rei sighed heavily, noticing that Van hadnt followed her. She felt slightly offended that he thought her a mere rookie in the game of vampire and hunter but normally she wouldnt let what other people thought her, worry her.

She was sitting on a tall statue that was in the middle of a park near the lake. The lake was glistening with the setting sun and rain was softly pattering down, wetting her hair and clothing slightly. She was slightly hungry- the man not really sustaining her blood lust. Sensing the streets she felt a shifty human move quickly between buildings. Jumping skillfully and silently off the statue she quickly hunted her prey.

Grabbing him from behind she cracked his neck then tilted his head slightly so that she could bite his throat, drawing the blood from his body. When she'd finished she just let him drop to the floor. No one would care if he was dead she thought. Licking the blood from her lips she started walking not really knowing where she was going.

(OOC:If its ok with you damned i was going to have Rei meet up with Blake- as shes walking kinda thing- let me know if you dont like it then i can change it or whatver) Rei sensed the Cheriel was around somewhere, even with her broken wing. Rei set out to find her, running extremely quickly between the buildings until she spotted the young girl.

"Hey," she called out, noticing the different shadow, "Blake.."

Van saw the cheriel leave the basement soon after Rei its was quite late now and the sun was setting so he decided to find her he lept over the rooftops and came to the park he found her he was about to go up to her but she dashed off. Van follwed and noticed she was hunting after she drank from the man he was going to speak to her but she had noticed a shadow and Van thought it best to watch from afar first

(Okay now that everyone argees that its night I can go on.. since it was supposed to be night.. O.o' I was just trying to come up with a exuce to bring everyone togetter... but ofcause I suck and its not gonna work. Oh well ^.^)

Cassian winched as he blinked his eyes open. He realiced he must have been knocked out for a few minuts as he seemed to have been turned over now laying on his back on the street. Still dizzy he registed the man was still on him holding him down... And he was dangerusly close to Cassian's neck. "No..." He wimpered trying to push the other off him but the male dident even move. Insted he took a deep breath. "Help!" He cried loudly struggling to push the male off him.

"Hey, Blake.."

The albino Cheriel turned to see Rei, "oh! Hey, Rei!" She smiled happily, which, as always, looked rather out of place on her slightly creepy looking face.

She trotted over to the other girl, small owl bouncing on her shoulder. Suddenly Blake blinked and cocked her head to the side slightly.

"Hey...did you just hear that?"

Van watched as the figure came forward and when he realised it was blake he was going to go over to them but suddenly he herd a sound that stopped him and got a sincking feeling in his gut

Cassian panicked as he felt the others breath on his neck. This was not good. Crying out again he shifted trying to beat the other away with his hands but the stranger barely took notice. Only moving to grap Cassian's hands to hold him still. Cassian wimpered befor crying out "Someone Help! Cat! Anyone!"

OOC: I was finally able to get on here!! My computers being gay so I was JUST only allowed to be able to post so i had to wait till Monday tili could go on a computer here- Im taking this is the thing that will "bring us all togeter"??

Rei looked at Blake and frowned hearing the faint sound. She listened intently and then gestured to Blake's wings,even though they were hidden. She knew that she had injured them and they were still sore and Rei knew that something was wrong with her healing abilities. "Did you want me to help??"

She turned around when she felt Van near by, there was something about him that she normally couldnt pickup on- she had felt someone following her but had put it down to another vampire. "Van..." she said quietly, slightly flicking her hand, gesturing him over.

"What is that thing??" she muttered under her breath. "Its that...man.. (OOC: lol i dont really know what Cassian is- must check characters post)... that was there last night, that other vampire, helped him out, and somethings attacking him right now a few blocks east.."

She made an almost irritated sound in her throat "We should probably help him, Im really not used to being to being like this," she said this last bit under her breath and sighed.

"Let's go"

Blake's eyes widened slightly, "you mean Cassian? C'mon then! Let's go save him!" Blake grabbed Rei's hand, "few blocks east you said, yes? Well I can transport us over there quicksmart This may feel a bit weird, but you'll be ok, as long as you don't let go..." She said and suddenly the air around the two shimmered and Blake felt the familiar rushing as they were instantly transported to where Rei had said.

Blake blinked, as always slightly woozy from the experiance of transporting herself, and glanced down the street, catching sight of the silver haired Cassian.

"Oi! You, ugly!" She called to the man towering over Cassian. "You leave him alone, you ugly beastie!"

(Well I figured it could work as a reason to have everybody at the same place... But I dont know where Cat whent <.< >.> Its unoriginal I know but it fit for Cass' Ukeness *lol* and I know not all of them would be intersted in saving him...)

Cassian wimped softly as he felt the others lips on his neck. A few tears showing in the corners of his eyes despite his great attempt not to. He'd given up yelling my now but he dident want to die. That was when he heard a voice "Oi! You, ugly!" He tilted his head back to look at the same time as the man over him looked up. "You leave him alone, you ugly beastie!" Relife washed over him as he realiced someone had actly come to save him.
The man over him growled showing of his fangs in an attempt to be intimidating befor leaping at the two, to enraged at being interubted to stop and notic who he was dealin with.

Blake wondered for a second if she'd be able to manage with a injured wing but shrugged off her doubts and leapt towards the man, (ooc: He's a vampire right?) only to realise too late that Cassian's attacker had the same idea about leaping at her and Rei. She tried to dodge the on-coming attacker but tried just a little to olate- going hurtling into the man.

Wow, good on you Blake. That was really graceful and smooth! she thought sarcastically to herself as she tried to untangle herself from the man. Finally the Cheriel leapt to her feet and swung her scythe at the man, who dodged. She quickly reversed her swing and brought it across the man's neck, decapitating him instantly.

Then the albino brushed her hair out of her eyes and looked back at Cassian and Rei.

"Hope you didn't wanna kill him yourself Rei." Blake said meekly, expecting to be yelled at.

Then she looked at the Icaros, "You ok, Cassian, isn't it?" She asked
