Thank you for the link Kitty! I have a friend who will be very happy with this site. For my Transformer-based humor I go to "They Might Be Giant Robots":

It's not quite as sexy, but is funny.

Didn't you like Sorayama's robot women? Or even Ghastly's Rape Rape Revolution machine? Machines can be quite friendly, once you get the RPMs up. (Honestly though, I suspect this is more a case of someone twisting their childhood enthusiasms rather than a metal fetish. I could be wrong though ... I know some guys who I suspect love their cars, and I mean LOVE their cars!)

I am going to need some serious therapy when I finally turn this PC off...
"OH, I'VE SEEN THE INFINITE, IT'S NOTHING SPECIAL."
"Don't be daft! you can't see the infinite, it's... infinite!"
"I HAVE."
"Ok then, what did it look like?"
"IT'S BLUE."
"It's black."
"IT'S BLUE."
"It's black!"
"FROM THE OUTSIDE IT'S BLUE..."

First off, metal is thoroughly awsome, but then again I'm really strange, so don't listen if you value your status of being judged as mentally sound in whatever area you're in. Something about it....

Secondly, I agree with you about the air-headedness of a large number of straight cheerleadery women. The conversation is less than stimulating in many instances, to put it nicely, and the conversation only goes downhill exponentially with the number of men around. Think it might actually be becuase the ditzy, air-heady woman is oddly desirable in many cases by guys, which I still don't even marginally comprehend, so if they are that way, it is somehow to thier benefit[I say that becuase many of the straight guys I talk to don't list 'brains' or 'skill'[outside of bed] as one of the things they look for, and many feel intimidated by a woman who can dance circles around them on certain intelectually broad topics.]. Quite sure not all straight pretty women are that way, but a good percent are. A tension free relationship is nice, regardless of gender, if only to allow a lot more freedom to be ones self.

Oh, and firm bodies are nice accross the board.

[Someone who use to accompany me running on occation, had calves that looked almost polygon like, and could drop to the ground after running seven miles and do a hundred pushups, get up, put her elbows behind her to stretch out her chest, and go on her way. Just something to think about for you muscle fans, since I share your passion]

It's true, brains and beauty do occasionally meet in one person, but all that and some sort of physycal prowess? One in a million.

uh... 1:30 in the morning, so I'm kind of skipping the rest of the topic other than the idea of Doc Ock going henticle on someone. I know CJ knows about this and I'm surprised she didn't mention it. Directory Sam Raimi was the first director to have a live action tentacle rape in a movie (Evil Dead I), so I was actually expecting it to happen while I was watchin' Spiderman 2.

eh, Bruce Campbell's chin probably could have gone henticle as well.

What I don't get is that it's like... robots... with nipples.

Robots... with... nipples.

Maybe it's just the late hour, but no matter how much I think that over, I can't understand how robots with nipples is attractive.

The key is to think of them less as nipples and more as fleshy input device nodes.

That is, if you intend on thinking about them at all, which is not recommended in the least. In fact, its recommended that you not think about them, and instead credit thier creation to a really high college student with too much time on his hands after just having watched 18 straight hours of transformers.

Damn it... I did know that and I have no idea why I didn't mention it. His new movie, Grudge, looks like it's heavily based on Japanese Horror. It looks creepy. I normally don't think scary movies look all that scary (unless I'm drunk), but I saw that preview totally sober and it creeped me out. And when I'm creeped out I make stupid jokes, that are stupid. I said really loudly "oh look, it's 'Scooby Doo 3, Daphne goes Solo'" which was shortly followed with " nope, my bad, it's 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer, shh don't tell anyone there was already a movie with that title'"

Now to play the prediction game on who Bruce and Ted are playing before I actually go see it.

The Grudge is based on a Japanese Horror movie with the exact same name (only in Japanese, of course). Sarah Michelle Gellar was at the San Diego Comic-Con to advertise it.
