Squid needs Art

Hear ye, hear ye. I suck at drawing.

However, I'm trying to create a logo so I can brand my squid related antics and sell t-shirts.

To this end, I would like to ask and see if anyone is willing to help me with said logo. I'm going for an anime style squid, maybe in a ring with text.
You will, of course recieve a portion of t-shirt sales (or sticker sales, or panty sales, or what have you) and have your name perma-linked to naughty tentacles.

Any takers?

Logowork is right up my alley... Got any examples of what an anime squid might look like that you'd like me (or another artist) to consider as inspiration?

All the anime style octopus and squid I've seen have been kinda weird looking, what with their siphons all sticking out and stuff.

The idea I had was that squid, sitting inside a red circle, like on the front of comics where they say "Featuring: Bob the Radioactive Aardvark"
But the arm is resting on the inside edge of the circle, and the text is on the outside.

See.. this is the reason I wish I had some sort of drawing talent, so I could sketch this stuff out.

Ahh, there is a comic character I could really get in to. Calamari is the star right?

Ok... Looked at Calamari, (gawd, you draw cute girls, CJ...) and the photo PlushieSquid... And what's the text along the outside say? (although I can add that part in at any time in my illo app.)

I'm still working on that part. *sigh* the creativity, she comes in fits and spurts.

And I guess by anime I was just meaning big eyes, and generally cartoony features. I'm a big fan of no visable mouth on cartoony squid.

If i actually had a decent internet connection, i'd send ya something that i think you'd like. Got a CG video that i made for a project of mine about a year ago that features a sort of squid thing in a room[about the size of the room], but its not anime style so its likely not what your looking for, if i can find that file again and deconstruct it though, i'll post a screenshot
