A little correction for any confused readers

Post by BoKiana »

I was just looking through the threads of long gone yestermonths, and I noticed some were wondering about Bo and Jess' breed.

Both are collies ^^;

Bo is entirely different from normal collies because of an...'accident' with an experimental explosive of his own design. A little of this, a little of that, and then KABOOM! Instant permenant change of fur color. It's part of the reason he now says Ex-Army when introducing himself. And Jess, well, characters don't always have to be based on what their real life breed acts. Needing someone who could fall in love with Bo's attitude, she was upped quite a bit with her own, and became the steel armed hugging cutie we know her as. ^-^

And the last confusion some have had, is Bo's nationality. He's American, but in the army he was stationed in Britian long enough to pick up their accent. (It happened with my grandpa, who was in Germany long enough to know their language and have a German accent to his English voice)

Anything else anyone wants to clear up about my characters?

Well! Kinda makes you wonder what their children (puppies?) will look like.

Well, that happened long before they became guest stars in Nip and Tuck. ^^;

They first had twin boys, Max and Kenny, who had their mother's fur colors (normal collie fur except for dark sploches resembling Bo's fur) and then 5 years later they had a daughter, Rachel, who took her daddy's colors, black fur, white hair and all.

My guess is that the change of fur color is not genetic so their children would look like normal collies.

*blinks* How did you get a guest shot on Nip and Tuck? I thought there were RH's characters at first.

RHJ has cameo commisions that anyone can purchase and get into either N&T or UTLT. Bo seems to have purchased the story arc variety. I actually bought a story arc to celebrate my second wedding anniversary in UTLT, but I don't think that's going to happen for awhile due to Ralph's computer problems.

As Mjolnir said, Cameo Commisions is the way to go if you have a fitting character, and Mr Hayes has two options to choose from, either a large, colored, single comic or an entire story arc in black'n'white normal comics. Me in my greedy ways, paid for both a Story Arc AND a Color Commission, as can be seen in both sets of stories that featured Bo. It wasn't cheap to buy both, but hey, that's the nice thing of our system eh?
