Actually, the terrorist organization Hezbollah has announced that it wishes to support Michael Moore's "Faranheit 9/11" film. I don't recall what kind of support they offered, though; I think they wanted to help it get higher distribution or something. But at any rate, there you have it--Michael Moore is supported by terrorists.[AOD] wrote:It looks like you're implying that Michael Moore's linked to Islamic Terrorism - or at least, is supporting it by making his anti-Bush documentary.

For some reason I just read it as:grabmygoblin wrote:eh, no biggee. easy enough to make the mistake, so I don't bother correcting people.mcDuffies wrote:Did you people just repeatedly reffered to Grabmygoblin as HE?![]()
as for politics, I try not to go there. too explosive, especially right now. if someone says something I find especially offensive, I might step in, but generally other people jump all over it. I agree with warren though: EVERYONE VOTE DAMMIT!!!!!
EVERYONE VOMIT!!!!!!!!
I sublimed the message.

Truely, if the terrorists would stick to beating each other up the world would be a better place.Mr Ekshin wrote:Which leads to one of those "My terrorists can beat up YOUR terrorists!" kinda thangs...TheGoobla wrote:But since other terrorists are supporting Bush... we've proved I think, that terrorists are not only insane but horribly stupid and indecisive.

You get a thousand rad points for rmemebering Pete and Pete, and for wanting to see Fahrenheit.TOXIC AVENGER! wrote:Ooh, "Pete and Pete". I remember that show, back when Nickelodeon was good.
Still need to see "Fahrenheit 9/11" though.
Thanks, got around to fixing it.Mr Ekshin wrote:Ah, the sublime silliness that is Pockybot...
I got it. I realize that you don't have as much "message" as this is being taken for, but that's the nature of these kinds of things.
I agree with RPin: The text balloons need pointers to better show who's saying what.
I relish in ambiguity...but actually, I'm about as anti Bush as an armchait pundit can get. I for one cannot wait to see Fahrenheit 9/11.mcDuffies wrote: Or are you one of those people who don't have an opinion but just stand on the side and laugh at everyone:
As for the references...I do stretch out the PA humor template pretty thin,
but it was only to fit in all the references.
Btw, I also just did this one:

My client just hired fresh off-the-shelf electrical engineers at $50k apiece, plus overtime for hours over 40 in a week. They have less experience than you, and make your weekly salary by lunchtime on Monday. You really aught to swim that river and visit St. Louis.JexKerome wrote:Hey, it's pure unalduterated envy! Well, it just felt to me like he was whoring himself out after making four posts to this community. My mistake?
I really don't have an opinion on his work (other than that he can draw very well), but...c'mon - "FROM THE MIND THAT BROUGHT YOU POCKYBOT"? I'm not trying to blow off his work, but I just didn't know what Pockybot was - and it seemed like he expected everyone to.
Whatevah - I'm sorry you had to face such a beating from us.
In fact, y'know what, y'all? I've been really bitchy lately. APOLOGIES TO ALL!

well I don't know if I saw a link to supporting a connection between terrorism and moore, and actually most conseratives are keeping thier mouths shut on the topic. So in defense to Poky here, I think that might have been more in tune of what you feel, portrayed in the news, and seeing his film's name in the same line as Bush/terrorism. Take a deep breath.[AOD] wrote:It looks like you're implying that Michael Moore's linked to Islamic Terrorism - or at least, is supporting it by making his anti-Bush documentary.

You've done Rush Limbaugh proud.
I didn't really get the jokes, though. Maybe it's because I don't read Penny Arcade?
?~AoD
I think the Conservitives and Limbaugh are policing young people in anyway they can trying to strive them away from the information. The less people know whats going on the better. Its funny what they've done to the "rock against bush" stuff on Fox news channel and the Rush show. And I actually listen to rush occationally, to see what he has to say. The last three years that has been just about nothing.
quite simply other than showing a lack of integrity, and using "terrorists" I don't much see anything political about the comic. I was hoping for that. As I love me some politiks. But it looked pretty. and that always counts for somthing.
