Drawing tablets? Can't been my $5 A4 drawing pad and a Pilot Fineliner nicked from work.
Need some information on peripherals and software...

I use Photoshop, basically because that's what I had way back from version 5. Now I've just acquired Photoshop CS and I'm using that instead. Mind you, I use it to scan in the pictures, clean them up, but in borders, shading, dialogue and speech bubbles and that, so probably any other program will do a similar suitable job.
