some of you may know of jenny everywhere. she's an 'open source' character, available for anyone to use in their comics. i thought 'great!' and came up with a l&z based story featuring j.e. which is currently underway. yesterday i got a 'cease and desist' email from j.e.'s creator...

Hehe, it's like the letter from the first magazine that ever published my comic (back in high school):
"We're sorry, but your comic doesn't reach our high standards... I'm just kidding, I liked your stuff etc".
Funny thing is, first time I read it, I run through letter so fast that I didn't even have time to get startled by that.

Hm, i havent heard anything from The Ely standard, The Mirroe Ford or Peugeout yet (well for a while i was using fictional car names,like the main character drove a "Peggy 305")
