Can't connect to ftp or to siteadmin

FTP keeps giving me the "connection reset by peer" message, and is unable to connect. I've tried to ftp both to butch and to my site ftp (ftp://km.keenspace.com)

Siteadmin gives me the "Internal Server Error" message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
