Yes.

That's fun.

Oh, no no, I've always been a dumb ass. It's not that I'm becoming more of one, rather, I'm simply reaching my full potential as said dumbass.

A couple more days, you guys can hold out! *chants for you all* go go go go go!!

Maybe, but at least they don't fly airplanes into buildings. Or strap bombs onto themselves before stepping onto a crowded city bus. Or kill their daughter because she had premarital sex. Or........[/quote]

I think overly conservative christians are scary. I heard in Texas, they're trying to get rid of the Girl Scouts because they have a "cozy relationship" with Planned Parenthood.

Nheheh... this person seems more and more fun in it's similarity to VT. Firsn't it's not a male - that one almost made me fell outta chair.
Now, It's a dumbass. Of course, VT proclaimed himself as asshole, not dumbass, but I guess that's what you get from a bad copy.

But what if your belief insists you must press ones belief on everyone else? Then can one never achieve happyness or should just stop believing? O.o
Oh, being switched from whatever gender you are is always a downgrade. You know how some guys are hideously terrified of being 'girly'?

If you believe that, then you probably believe that I'm an idiot, and that doing what I say would be foolish. So you wouldn't do what I say, would be happy, and would press your beliefs on everyone and annoy the hell out of them.

Matt Lim wrote:I think the gore was NEEDED in the Passion. It shows how bad Jesus really had it, whether you believe that he is the Son of God or not. The emense violence also humanized Jesus. He was a person just like you and me. I think that is what makes this movie great. Even powerful people have the same fears and feel pain jsut like us.
Exactly. It was as gory as it was because it was supposed to be a realistic portrayal of what happened. Real life ain't a very pretty thing, usually.

And right on about Return of the King, CW, though that movie was just plain fun overall. :D

Ok If any one knows anything about the Bible they would know that as a whole the Jews really had nothing to do with the death of Jesus. The movie the Passion was only showing some of the Jews that were angry at Jesus because they thought that he was a false prophet and acused him of blasphame. Never in the movie did it show the Jewish people as hateful or anything else to be negativve toward them. Sure it showed some Jews being hateful towards Jesus but that's understandable. You couldn't show Just the Devil torturing Jesus. Besides if anything the Roman governmant was the one that beat and killed him. You cant take a movie about the holocaust and complain saying that its contraversial because some Germans might get mad. It was just stating found evidence, and at no time aiming at the people as a whole. To say that this movie is contraversial is not wrong. there are peopl out there who aren't Christian that might think that its im plausable or that its Biased. But to say that it is Offensive to the Jewish race because some of the Jews in the movie were portrayed in an evil manner or because it show them crucifieying our Lord is Truely unjust no matter what race or religion. The whole movie was made up of Jews. there is no way around portraying some of them as evil.
I can see no factual, or plausable evidence that this movie is at all discriminitory to the jews in any way.
I'm glad 90's style forum signatures don't exist anymore.

I have no idea what the hell you're talking about, Kitty, but I'm pretty sure that was the most appropriate response one could possibly give.

Here's a story one guy told me:
He was half drunk one evening, standing on the street, talking to some friends when he saw what he thought were two girls kissing.
He approachs to them, taps one of them on shoulder and asks:
"What the hell you're doing?"
But it appears that it was not a girl, but a long-haired guy.

Heh, glad he made ass of himself.

Man,

I go away for two days and you guys totally slaughter the troll before I can get any more good punches in. You're all greedy and going to hell for it.

... or whatever. :)

1) If Bob Dole didn't exist, the internet wouldn't exist. Since that exists, either Bob's lying (in which case he exists to lie), or he's real (in which case he exists). Thus, Bob Dole exists, QED.

2) Every religion has fanatics. Every fanatic is a lunatic. Some lunatics are more dangerous than others.

3) *gropes luprand and dark magician* What... everyone else was.

4) I don't think I could handle the gender conversion to female very well - panties are too damn restrictive... er... so I'm told.
