Okay, Lily's sister just gave us another clue. The grandfather does this to every guy, which means that Lily's father must have gotten it in spades, and it won't be the last time it happens, either.

Ben needs to know what to expect next.

Or, Lily's parents got married really quick, before Grandpa and Grandma could do anything to stop them.

I wonder if only male puma cubs were allowed to play with little Lily and Petunia...

Boy this family seems to be big on threats. Although admitedly Petunia's threat is more friendly and less serious than grandpa. Gotta, admit I love the bit of fang that she is showing in the last panel.

Yeah, I myself have personally "informed" several of my little sister's potential boyfriends of the fates allotted to them should they "try" anything. Most of said fates involved simultanious disembowelment and strangulation. Needless to say, the gentlemen in question took heed.
