FTP problems...

O~kay...I can log in now, but I'm getting a permission denied for the workspace folder...that's odd.

same here. Ive tried sixtybillion different FTP programs and it does the same thing with all of them.[This message has been edited by AesiRaven (edited 04-14-2001).]

Okay, I got an E-mail yesterday saying that my account was ready, and I went to go set it up. While I could log into all the other pages, for some reason I couldn't get into the FTP. I figured "oh, they've probably just not set it up yet" and went on my merry way.Today, I still can't log in. The password works perfectly with all the HTML pages, but not with the FTP. I can log onto other FTPs just fine, so I'm pretty sure the problem isn't at my end. Any clue what's going on?

I've heard this from a few different sources -- sounds like the latest batch didn't get their permissions set right (not your fault -- the sysadmin made a boo-boo).One of you alert nate@keenspace.com -- let let him know there are others in the same boat!------------------

I'm having a similar problem. I can log into my FTP just fine but I can't open the workspace folder. Pleeeeeease! Help meee!!!
