I'm really sorry to be posting this here, and I've read all of the sticky files above.. however, people kept saying 'Email me', but I couldn't find any email addresses, so... I'm posting here.

I was one of the thousand that were lost, and my site has updated only once since the folder was recreated. I am still missing things, and having problems.
What is missing is the Public_html/d/template.html. I discovered this during the one update I got on Friday, Jan 31. The indextemplate, and all other web pages, changed over correctly, the comics themselves moved, but none of the html documents for the comics were created. The d folder stood empty. I have since then copied my dailytemplate.html over to the d folder and renamed it template.html, so it might need to be changed. I really don't know what autokeen is looking for, but someone suggested it might help. However, since I can't get anything to update, it's been rather moot.
Other than that I can access my members page, but it doesn't do anything. Tells me the site successfully updated, but then when I look nothing has changed. Nothing at all. I have tried all three updating possibilities and gotten no results at all. Nor is the daily auto update working. I've been waiting days to see if this would clear up on its own, but it hasn't.
Currently there is an index page I dropped into Public_html manually, so that there is something that points to my backup site. This index.html does NOT match my indextemple.html and isn't suppose to. Please don't change that bit. :) I want this current one to be over written when the site updates.
