Noooo... please, NOT THE GAME!!! Ok ok, geez, Chuck, you've got your revenge on me for killing you 1000 times in all the Ultima games already!

Wait, this isn't Ultima? And you're not Chuckles the Jester? My bad, I'm sorry.

For Jeffy's, I'm gonna say underage breast implants and america's youth and their tendancy to dress like total whores from an early age (like 8). (That pisses me off. feh.)

If that's not it, then I don't know what it is! ^^;;;

for Yanagi, while an excellent and completely accurate guess, i was referring to a comic, and therefore you recieve nothing but a stern look, and as for McDuffies, I chuckled deeply

Ooh, nobody said it yet. McDuffies strip there is obviously Movie Comics, except not at all. Because it's actually funny. Nice try, though.
ARG! - Something... different?

So you know what it is... hmmm...
Yeah, I got McDuffies comic (it really was funny...^_^)
However, the pic of the comic parody is bothering me. Is it a keenspace/spot comic, or some geocities/tripod thingy?

Well...if it's my comic, I look like an idiot right now. However, the store in my comic stopped hiring months ago! ^_-

Um...it's not wierdism because that's not up yet I don't think...
Um, not Smoot because of DNS-iness...
Um...I don't think it's Netheroak or Jamie and Nick...
And I doubt highly that it's the Polygon Reports, Kari and Doug, Sedin Saga, ARG! or Hotel Grim.
The style is what's throwing me, I think. Is it one of your characters imitating a character from the comic, or is it actually a character from that comic, and the style is really throwing me off?

(I sound like a moron! *moans* Geez...)

Gah..sprite comics...only for the truely lazy. I mean, really, it's either hit or miss- either you write really well, and you work hard on it, or you're a 15 year old with too much free time, and an emulator on his computer. sprite comics are one of the few comics where right off the bat you can tell if the author is putting any effort into it or not. -_-;
It's to the point where there are so many bad ones, that the good ones don't even count as redeeming to the genre anymore.

Personally, I've nerver really seen sprite comics as a genre. I do read a couple (namely Bob and George and the sublime 8-bit Theatre), and they really stand out from the dregs, but I see it as a subgenre of cut-and-paste comics as a whole, at best.

Of course, I'm willing to give any comic a chance. I know after about 20-30 pages of archives whether I'll continue reading it or not, but I'm one of the few, it seems, who tries not to be too judgemental on the basis of artwork, be it hand-drawn, copy & paste, or sprite. But thats just the disjointed rambling of one man with a headache
Kari & Doug - You could easily do worse. Far, far worse.
