The keenspace forum help is ignoring me. help@keenspace.com returned fatal errors. I got ZERO automation services. I can't access my logs or the update site button. I can't even access checkkeen.
The only thing that does work is the ftp and the pages load.
At least my site is ad free since nothing will update, I do it all by hand and I can't add keen's ads.
I should change my site to a regular site as in non-automated site. But what about the ads? what about the damn ads!?
i saw the topic and was going to say "read about other people's problems before starting your own topic and expecting us to care" kinda rant -- but then this is a slighty different problem ^_^
I've noticed that sometimes, on some pages, the ads just don't work. No idea what's going on there, sorry. Meanwhile, I can at least see your page, so quit whining!

Well, not that we don't care, after all, we're all in the same pot. But what can we do about that? There is however a method of fixing 90% of problems on keenspace: waiting. See, keenspace is now very slow, and a few weeks ago it was down. Now, many things are back to ok, at least to "oldbies". Add problem, as most of them, will probably be fixed soon.
Oh, and it's a usefull thing to post a problem here. Admins actually roam these forums silently and probably note when someone states a problem.
