Keenspace Registration Help

My friend wants to register for keenspace. Somehow, the submit button is gone. I think this is temporary, but what happened? lol...

Also, when is the submit button going back up? Thanks.

KeenSpace is moving to a new server, and given the number of sites here, it's no small job. So until it's done, the SysAdmin won't be taking new registrations.
As for an ETA, no-one knows.
