Password works when i log into my account but not with ftp

i just got a new password since i forgot my other one but for some reason it only works when i log into my account but won't let me into my ftp site to transfer files. Please help

Try using the IP adress instead of magicalcatgirls.keenspace.com if you aren't already. That'll probably eliminate the problem.

FTP your stuff to:

schlockadmin.keenspace.com

instead of your address. It's the new server, and it'll go to the new IP for the site. If your site isn't updating, use the older siteadmin server.

siteadmin.keenspace.com

what would u do if it asks for username and password? type in your own? or what?

i did that type in my own stuff.... but still won't work i don't get it! nothing's working for me
