I don't appear to have that problem, although I do seem to be having problems with the forum.

I had the same problem. There are two servers now... some of the newer comics got moved to schlockadmin.keenspace.com instead of members.keenspace.com. FTP your stuff to that, and update the same way.

I haven't FTPed anything but I'm back to normal.

I have no clue how to do that shit anyways.

Um they DID actually mail me. I signed up for the keen yahoo group.
Look, i'll copy/paste the notice.

Hi all,

I wanted to let you know that later tonight, I'll be moving Keenspace
to a new server. This process could take up to 1 week to complete.

During this time, your comic may exist in two places and depending on
when your DNS updates, you might not be able to see the new version of
your site.

So, to make sure your site is updating correctly, be sure to ftp your
images to both the old server and the new.

The old server is still at

ftp.keenspace.com or 64.71.165.151

The new server is at:

schlockadmin.keenspace.com or 66.118.149.44

You can run updates on either site. To update at the old keenspace,
simply go to your existing memberpage:

http://siteadmin.keenspace.com/YOURSITENAME

example: http://siteadmin.keenspace.com/angryhippiegeek

To update your new site, go to:

http://schlockadmin.keenspace.com/YOURSITENAME

example: http://schlockadmin.keenspace.com/angryhippiegeek

------

There will probably be some loss of webstats during this move.
Unfortunately, we are out of space on our old server TorTheCalculate
and we can't allow the logs to pile up which we normally do when doing
a transfer.

In this case, you pageviews for the next week may be all screwy, but
it's for a really good cause.

Keenspace's new server is really powerful and has lots of space (don't
abuse it though). We're also using a database-driven backend
developed by Kisai who also authored the Keenspace guide
(http://guide.keenspace.com). It's in a very beta stage and all we're
using it for right now is password, but it will be a really cool
system in the future as we finish developing it.

Also, the newpassword function will probably not work for a while.
We'll try to get it running for this system and will post where to
look for it via this newsgroup when we get the chance.

I hope this week won't go too poorly. We're really working hard to
make Keenspace better and hope this will eventually pay off. We've
been hampered by hardware for quite some time now.

Thanks a lot.

Check your Spam filters.

When I first signed up with Keen, I set my mail so I'd get Spam in my junkmail box so I could check it for important stuff. Yahoo group mailings ended up in there and i was able to mark it safe.

No problems here, got the mail, etc etc. I had updated comics till today, and i'll see tomorrow if there's any problem.
But this confuses me: I never actually used ftp.keenspace.com url anywhere. In my FTPexplorer, host field says mcduffies.keenspace.com (I had problems with it while back, that was the only url that worked). So, what server am I on damnit?

Okay, I'm not THAT stupid. That problem's been taken care of a long time. Plus I check the junk folder every time anyway. I definitely DID NOT get this secrets-of-the-universe email. :(

i don't know if any of you can see this (and most likely you won't), but right now my eye is twitching like i'm going nuts...

 SITE...MUST...UPDATE! ::goes about rampage killing random people::

I just don't get this shit. I've updated onto the new ftp, updated on the new update page, fix that problem with forgetting to put an ad on that new page (which I deleted due to angry fan boys), and pressed UPDATE! on the thing 500+ times in the last four days. WHAT THE HELL. I was promised this server would be faster and more powerful, but now it's treating me like liquid shit. YARGH!

And right when I promised my readers a comic everyday for two weeks. what a load of shit.

just give it a bit of time
they can't move the ENTIRE thing and have bugs fixed and it running perfectily overnight.
granted it's been more than a week, but still, they're only human.

afterall, you can only expect to get what you pay for.

normally you get a lot more with keenspace

and i would show you my site now, but i can't cause of afforementioned problem.

edit: when my banner is no longer a little red cross, then you can go take a peek at my page ^_^
