I done all I can... now what?

When I go here:

It doesn't accept my password assuming it's the same one I use to update my Site Maintenance Page

I entered my username and password by hand 3 times then I copied and pasted it from my password list 3 times so there is no misspelling so we can eliminate the possibility that I'm entering it incorrectly.

As for my index not updating, I have tried every thing I can imagine on my side, removing all the webpages all the graphics all the comics all the index and daily leaving the templates in /worspace changing them modifying them in every possible combination etc.

How many more weeks must I go without any updating service?
What can I do when I done all I can to try to fix this?
If no one in the forum can help me where do I then go for answers?
