the poor clock

Post by ZOMBIE USER 12076 »

Good panel today, Kelley! I love Sloane in that bucket hat. And Caine was very sweet about the discovery of his relationship with Holden. At least so far. Love Az's expression in the last frame, too.

Now I must fade back into the other threads and try to distract myself from the torture of waiting for what comes next. Not to mention adjust the position of all the clocks in the house to make sure that their lives don't become dull...

I think if I was a clock, I'd be a paranoid one.

I think I'd be jealous of all the "baby clocks" that get to stick to people's wrists and move around with them all day.

Yeah, they are pretty lucky. I mean, MY 'baby clock' has been all over the country, but the one on the wall in my house is rather house-bound. Sort of like a clock homemaker, if you will. Come to think of it, I feel a little sorry for it. But it's a faithful clock that doesn't stop when the power goes out, so we all love it.

Moral of the post: even wall-clocks can be happy, if they are loved.
