It's been about 4days with no response, I'm still waiting for an answer to my problem.
Doesn't update my index yet takes my comic
viewtopic.php?t=44496
By using the same password as the one I use to update my site or to access my workspace I am getting an authorization required page when I want to do a Check Keen.
Nothing has changed still not updating any pages and now I want to change my index on the site to the one that is in my workspace. To avoid confusion I manually modified the existing page by placing this week comic in last weeks index my next strip is tomorrow I guess I'll have to write my own index page till I can get a solution.
Please help,
Dustbunny

first elephants don't forget and erm...neither does Atrus, much
clear out your cache, then go back to <a href="http://cerror.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/mem ... en.pl">the check keen script</a> and make sure your username and password are correct (they are case sensitive, or the password is atleast) you shouldn't have any problem logging into the account. When you're there check for things in red; I can't think of much else to say.

When I run out of helpful things to say, I just don't say anything.
Someone in another thread suggested deleting your indextemplate and re-uploading it, feel free to try.
One would think I could at least get directory listings by now instead of poking at things and guessing at the source of the problem from symptoms ... my success rate drops dramaticlly when things are screwy on the server end.

You shouldn't be that way. At least say "I ran out of ideas" rather than leave me hanging as I check my email every 4 hours every day looking for the reply message as I think to myself they must be studying the problem and they might finally have an answer by now... No?... How about now? ... No?... And now?... No?... Etc.
Then I can come to terms with the fact that no one know how to fix this at this end and I can concentrate my efforts with dealing what I got.
What the updater does I'll do it on my own and every now and then I'll try to do an update under various conditions every now and then till suddenly it works.
