Has your art improved?
To all the people out there that do their comic partly to improve their art skills:
Has your art improved since you started? I know mine has. I would even like to think significantly.
If your art has improved, how long you been making your comic? I want to know if peoples' skills seem to have improved quickly or slowly.
Sort of a stupid topic but I guess I'm curious or I never would have done it

read it and weep!.... er, laugh.

Woo-ha! Been doing this a year now! Hits keep going up so my comic must be special. Special like a fox!

Hm... Someone other than me would be a better judge of how my art has improved. My response? Laughter.
Art? Here? No, ain't no art here. I can still barely hold a pen. If you like art or anything remotely resembling sense, stay away! I beg you!

Something is currently <a href= "http://polygonreports.keenspace.com">HERE</a>.
In some cases, my art has improved. In the rest, I just blame it on bad inking. Cause I still suck at that.

Dear sweet Cthulu, yes! I suppose everyone is ashamed of their early strips...but man, is my artwork much better now. I guess I don't think the early strips were bad, per se, but they could have been executed much more effectivly and the artwork could have been a LOT better. Well, all things evolve, I guess.

My art has improved, but not my inking...geez, when I finish inking my stuff, it seems to LOSE something...I need an inker, dammit!
Oh, and a colorist.
Oh, also a letterer.
Then a publisher would be nice...oh! And money would be good too...

Yeah...you sure have gotten a lot better.
I'll show off some of mine, from my old ones to my newer ones. Here was #5, the first drawn strip on July 19th:

And this one is #43, October 11th, less than 4 months after:

My humor is getting better (well, I still think #2 and #3 were some of the best I've done...but you know how it is), and my drawing and formatting is getting much better. There's actually only 3 strips up there that are hand-lettered right now, that one up there and the one after it, then #41 I think was too, just to see how it would look.
