Comics with Guinness! Or any Beer!
Ack!
Now it's the evil capitalist New world Order... using beer to hurt the poor third world countries.
It's Beer. Good Beer.. not Bud or Lite.... Good beer, made the way it has been for centuries...
Nowhere did I say drink till you passout, or drink every day...
Some people need to chill... just a little...
Hell... have a beer!
Tim

What? MiniFoo said
"I TURN 14 TODAY..."
Wow, happy birthday!
Evil corprations? I haven't seen a single advert anywhere for Scrumpy! At least the New Forest kind I get, mmm, nummy... Can only get it down south too... >sigh< And as for the German brew, now that's even harder to find! Hrmpf...
But yes, the beers that do advertise suck and should be shot out of the sky. Nectar of the gods? Watered down piss more like...

Things get better at 17? I'm still waiting for that to be true.Wiebe wrote:I remeber 14... it was not a good age to be... Things don't get better till 17 or 18.UnFan wrote:THAT SAYS "I TURN 14 TODAY..." IF YOU DON'T SEE THAT.MiniFoo wrote:17? HAHAHA!!! I turn 14 today...
Oh, yeah. Even though I can't drink legally, my characters do. Especially Ryan Manning.
What about Dutch beer? It's really not half bad. Well, the beer America tries to pass off as Dutch beer tastes like SHIT. But if you come to Holland drink the REAL Amstel and Heineken and you'll be suprisedJohn T wrote:Dude, what's wrong with some beer? I know most of it in America is swill, but Guinness is the bomb. And those Canadians know how to brew a decent drink. There's nothing wrong with casual drinking among friends, and there are many that can drink beer like Pepsi and have it not effect them. Frank (Damonk) comes to mind, or da Scrub.

Really? Hey! I'm not the youngest here afterall
You might have to wait it out... Getting out of high school (if you haven't already) proves to be a pretty good remedy.NikeYoung wrote:Things get better at 17? A good remedy of what? Being better? Better than what? Don't remedies always make you better? I'm confoozed. Highschool ain't that bad, besides being a hell on earth yadda yadda.Wiebe wrote:You might have to wait it out... I beat it! Bah, college can suck too. Where did people get the idea that having double your high school work load equals the best years of your life?Odd1 wrote:A good remedy of what? Being better? I agree, and it's not just beer, whole lifestyles are sold to us, or at least the idea of one anyway.McBean wrote:It's not even about moral issues, it's about global coroporations feeding on our ignorance and selling us this product that they advertize to be some kind of nectar of the gods. That's why I stick to hard drugs. I want to support the diy ethic
i hear ya man! my hair used to fall out from stress till i got used to the workload - and i was one cruisy gal, even through my final highschool exams (i don't know what everyone calls them where they live, but i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about)Krazy Krow wrote:I beat it! Yeah, the workload in college was ridiculous... See if I ever go back there agian...
But seriously, High School was a hole, and though it may be the 3 years I'd want to change the most, it's also the 3 years I don't want to revisit.
Anyway, I guess for some you it isn't so bad but for a self-loathing homeless kitten...

I don't know... Middle school was the worst for me. I dropped out of 8th grade
Those were the worst years of my life.
College is great, on the other hand. And there isn't really that much work... Maybe I just got lucky with my classes...and I am only taking 11 credits... hmm...
dunno
And Weibe, that quote really and truly did capture your personality, didn't it? hee hee...
