I signed up for a Keenspace account, yet the email that was supposed to be sent did not come in yet, even after two months. I signed up in around July and August (2002), but it never came. This was the same problem when I signed up in June, so there must be some sort of problem.
By the way, does anyone know the email address I should ask for technical help from Keenspace? Thanks.

Techniclly, you should e-mail help@keenspace.com but it's extremely backlogged, so it would take a while. The forums are much faster for getting help.
As for you not recieving the e-mail, if your account exists, it's really not a problem because you can have a password sent to you. If you don't recieve that, then a spam filter might be filtering out the messages and if you control it, lower it for a bit to get the password you need. Unfortunately KeenSpace's primary colocation provider has been in the "imminent blacklisting" phase for not stopping, even aiding, some spammers.
