Missing Logs

Ummm, the logs for our comic ( http://foolsgold.keenspace.com ) from before september have disappeared, and from everything I've read they should have been returned a while ago... I was just wondering if there was any way we could get them back?

Posting here was a good move, you should also e-mail help@keenspace.com (not that it's likely to be read anytime soon, unfortunately)

I was just wondering what the turnover time is for help@keenspace.com?

I emailed over a month and a half ago, and have heard nothing about our logs' disappearing act (you should see it, it's amazing ^_~). Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know why this has happened? (while we're at it) What's the meaning of life?

um...help@ is swamped, so writting them is about the same as throwing yourself off a bridge with your question tattooed to your body: it could help, but probably not.
