Actually, those two stoners were Josh and Trev; two stoner/skaters that are in the story for the sole purpose of fucking everything up.
Seth has only been talked about so far but will be shown for the first time this Wednesday (issue 59).

And thank you for the many kind words! *^_^*

BaBUMP! If we get a webdesign review thread going, then this one needs to live too. Cinderblock is still on deck.

By the power of my slow modem, I shall now review Cinderblock!

Art
The art is smooth great: lines are steady and colors well thought and balanced. Well placed and posed characters and use of angles. (Although Otoro differs from otherwise so 'realistic' crowd, but that's probably intentional.. ) Computer-made effects are also well implemented including the backgrounds, which usually are only gradients fills... Even though I prefer more detailed backgrounds, in this case they didn't bother too much mainly because of the other art. Since I myself don't seem to have the ultimate skill of making every comic the same size, I appreciate and like that in the layout of the strips...

Storyline
Ahh, I haven't read too many webcomics yet, but this must be the most intriguing story so far: well thought and relatively logical plot, interesting characters from aliens to chain-smoking monkey and two of my favorite genres mixed together: humor and sci-fi. Plus of course every webcomic's must, college life..

Overall
Interesting "start", good ongoing storyline with usually funny humour, smooth art and varied cast. I certainly have to get back on this next Sunday...
"The juxtaposition of form and function wherewithin the corpereal embodiment of this one true, sacred, and pure form is simply an antediluvian spectre harking back to the very epitomy of architecture. I find your work striking...it has panged my heart to the basest metals of my soul.

Remember, simplicity, form, and soul are the keys to success in this field."

VEGETARINAT

Artwise it is very good. Nice use of computer coloring and the hand-drawn art is top-notch as well. Rare to find both on KeenSpace.

Humor can be a little odd at times but I like it. The current strip up (10/2) is great in my opinion...in a weird way. I just had the first week of exams, what do you want of me? :p

Overall, verra verra nice.
